Booster Banana Bread


  • 140g butter
  • 140g coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 bananas
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon Moringa powder



  • beat the oil, banana’s and sugar together with a paddle attachment
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to mix until a smooth batter is achieved
  • Place in a loaf tin and bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes or a mini loaf for 15-20 minutes


NB* Sprinkle some treacle sugar/coconut sugar on top of the banana batter before baking
